Step No 1 to end daily struggle:

Turn your life into an experiment!

Apart from your

professional

problems what is it that you struggle with, every day?

  • A cookie, you can't resist?

  • A serious addiction?

  • A feeling that maybe life is just a meaningless venture with no real purpose?

  • Depression, loneliness, or inability to connect with others at a deeper level?

Whatever your problem is, it has one and the same root cause!

No, it's not weak will, absence of proper social skills or lack of special knowledge. Nope!

Start your experiment with 5 simple questions

1. Describe five good qualities of your character that people like you for. You definitely have them. Everyone has them.

4. Can you give a name to the deep and true, yet still unfulfilled, desire of your heart?

5. Can you give a name to a problem you cannot solve/overcome no matter how hard you try?

or

5' How many times a day, more or less, you lose against yourself, eg: at work, in everyday relationships, with other people, with a fridge, in the gym. Try to describe a few examples of such situations
